Sometimes you just need to set it down.
Welcome to Grief, Reflected: Momentary Pauses on Life, Love, and Loss. We hope you find comfort in this space.

Perspective
In the span of 25 months, my father-in-law, my husband, and my Dad, all died. Each had cancer. These life events in rapid succession reminded me that while grief is intensely personal, it is also collective, as we all grieve something or someone.
Reflections
Reflecting on the written word has brought comfort on so many nights of asking why and how and what next. Words from a hymn, a line of poetry, treasured wisdom all can provide moments of grace. These are what we offer to you.
Resources
This is not meant to be an exhaustive list, but those we’ve found helpful. Whether you are seeking inspiration or advice, or perhaps a little of both, we hope the organizations and materials we share provide exactly that.
